Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website https://prmptforge.org/ and the web-based services provided through it under the PromptForge brand (together, "PromptForge" or the "Services").

The Services are provided by COGNIVORA TECHNOLOGIES LTD, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 17394031, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our").

COGNIVORA TECHNOLOGIES LTD was incorporated on 11 August 2026.

By creating an account, purchasing Credits, submitting a request or otherwise using PromptForge, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

If you use PromptForge on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices made available through the website.

2. Description of the Services

PromptForge is a web-based artificial intelligence platform.

The Services currently allow users to perform two principal types of operations: optimisation or improvement of text prompts and generation of images based on text prompts or other parameters submitted by the user.

A user submits a request through the website and receives an AI-generated result. Depending on the requested operation, the result may consist of an optimised or otherwise transformed text prompt or a generated image.

PromptForge is accessed through a web browser. No software is installed on the user's device as part of the ordinary use of the Services.

The Services do not operate through software licences, licence keys, device activation limits or recurring subscriptions.

Access to paid functionality is instead provided through an internal Credits system described in these Terms.

Certain features may be presented using different quality levels, including Standard and Ultra. These labels describe the service option made available to the user. They do not identify, and should not be interpreted as a commitment to use, any particular underlying artificial intelligence model.

We may change the AI models, providers, infrastructure or technical methods used to deliver Standard, Ultra or other service levels without changing the essential nature of the relevant functionality.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase Credits or use PromptForge.

By creating an account or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you additionally represent that you are authorised to act for that entity.

4. Accounts and Email Verification

Use of the Services requires a PromptForge account.

You must provide a valid email address when creating the account. Access to the user dashboard and paid functionality is available only after successful verification of that email address.

You are responsible for maintaining control over the email account and authentication credentials used to access PromptForge.

You must not knowingly allow another person to obtain unauthorised access to your account. If you become aware that your account credentials or associated email account may have been compromised, you should contact us promptly at support@prmptforge.org.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Each PromptForge account maintains its own Credits balance and operation history. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts unless we expressly provide such functionality in the future.

5. Credits

Paid functionality within PromptForge is accessed through internal virtual credits ("Credits").

Credits may be purchased for money through the payment methods made available on the website. We may also grant introductory, promotional or bonus Credits, including a starting bonus for a newly created account.

The amount of Credits required for an operation is shown through the relevant interface before or at the time the request is submitted.

Credits are an internal contractual unit used exclusively to measure access to the Services. Credits are not legal tender, electronic money, cryptocurrency, a deposit, a bank balance, a payment account or a financial instrument. They do not accrue interest and cannot be used to make payments to third parties.

Credits are personal to the account to which they are credited and cannot be transferred, sold, assigned or exchanged between users.

Credits do not expire merely as a result of the passage of time while the account remains active.

Unused purchased Credits may be eligible for withdrawal or refund into money only through the customer support procedure described in these Terms and subject to applicable law, the original payment method, payment provider restrictions and any amounts that have already been used to obtain Services.

Promotional, introductory or bonus Credits are provided without separate monetary consideration and have no cash redemption value unless expressly stated otherwise.

If an account is deleted, any Credits remaining in that account are cancelled. Users who wish to request a monetary withdrawal or refund of eligible unused purchased Credits should therefore submit that request before requesting deletion of the account.

6. Purchasing Credits

Credits may be purchased through the payment functionality made available on PromptForge.

The amount payable, the number of Credits to be credited to the account and the total price of the purchase will be displayed before the user confirms payment.

Unless expressly indicated otherwise, prices displayed to the user are final prices inclusive of applicable taxes.

Our commercial pricing is intended to display the same numerical price to users regardless of country. Where tax rates or tax treatment differ between jurisdictions, the tax component may therefore be absorbed within the displayed price rather than added to the advertised amount at checkout.

Payment processing may be carried out by a third-party payment service provider. The payment provider may collect payment card information, billing information and other data necessary to process the transaction in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

The Company does not normally receive or store the user's complete payment card number, CVV or equivalent payment credentials.

We may receive information necessary to confirm and administer a payment, including the payment amount, transaction identifier, status, date, currency, refund information and similar transaction records.

Once a successful payment has been confirmed, the purchased Credits are added to the relevant PromptForge account.

7. Submission and Processing of an Operation

A user initiates an operation by selecting the desired functionality, entering the required prompt or other input and submitting the request through PromptForge.

Before or when an operation is submitted, the Service will determine the applicable Credits cost.

When the operation is placed for processing, the required number of Credits is reserved against the user's available balance. Reserved Credits cannot be simultaneously used for another operation while the first operation remains in progress.

Reservation of Credits does not by itself mean that the operation has been successfully completed.

An operation is considered successfully provided when PromptForge receives and makes the generated result available to the user through the Service.

At that point, the reserved Credits are deducted from the user's balance.

If an operation fails and no result is made available because of a technical error, provider error or other processing failure recognised by the Service, the reserved Credits will ordinarily be returned automatically to the account.

A refusal by an underlying AI provider may also result in the operation not being completed. The treatment of Credits will depend on whether a result was actually produced and whether the operation was technically completed.

The operational records maintained by PromptForge will be used to determine whether an operation was completed, failed or otherwise processed, subject to applicable consumer law.

8. When the Service Is Considered Provided

For each individual generation or optimisation operation, the relevant Service is considered provided when the generated result is made available to the user through PromptForge.

The user does not need to download, copy, open or otherwise use the result for the relevant operation to be considered completed.

Accordingly, once a result has been successfully generated and made available, the Credits used for that operation are not refundable merely because the user does not like the result, chooses not to use it, fails to download it or later changes their mind.

This does not affect any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law, including rights relating to digital content or services that are not provided with reasonable care and skill, are not as described, or otherwise fail to comply with mandatory consumer protection requirements.

9. Storage and Download of Generated Images

Generated image files are available for a limited period.

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant interface, a generated image file may remain available for download for up to 7 days following generation or until the first successful download, whichever occurs first.

After that point, the file may be permanently removed from active storage and may no longer be recoverable.

The user is responsible for downloading and securely storing any generated image that the user wishes to retain.

Deletion or expiry of a generated image file after the applicable availability period does not constitute failure to provide the Service and does not entitle the user to restoration of Credits, provided that the result was made available in accordance with these Terms.

Operational history or metadata concerning the relevant generation may continue to appear in the user's account even after the underlying downloadable image file has been removed.

10. Immediate Performance and Consumer Cancellation Rights

PromptForge is designed to provide digital functionality immediately after a user purchases Credits or submits an operation.

By completing a purchase and requesting immediate access to purchased Credits, and by submitting an operation for processing, you expressly request that the relevant digital supply or service begin immediately rather than waiting for the expiry of any statutory cancellation period that might otherwise apply.

Where applicable law requires your express consent to immediate supply and an acknowledgement that a statutory cancellation right will be lost once supply of digital content begins, we will request that consent and acknowledgement through the relevant checkout or user interface.

To the extent that a purchase or operation constitutes digital content for the purposes of applicable consumer legislation, you acknowledge that, where permitted by law and after the legally required consent and acknowledgement have been provided, your statutory right to cancel may cease once supply has begun.

Where the transaction is legally characterised as a service rather than digital content, different mandatory rules concerning cancellation and payment for services already performed may apply.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any cancellation or withdrawal right that cannot lawfully be waived.

11. Refunds, Withdrawal and Payment Cancellation

Requests relating to refunds, withdrawal from a contract, withdrawal or monetary redemption of an eligible unused Credits balance, cancellation of a payment or similar payment-related matters must be submitted to customer support at:

We may request information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant account and transaction and to prevent fraudulent or duplicate refund requests.

As a general contractual rule, Credits already consumed for successfully completed operations are not refundable.

Unused purchased Credits may be considered for monetary withdrawal or refund through support, subject to applicable law, the circumstances of the purchase, the original payment method, restrictions imposed by the payment provider and deduction of any Credits already consumed.

Promotional or bonus Credits are not refundable and cannot be converted into money.

Where a payment has already been processed through a third-party provider, cancellation may require a refund transaction rather than reversal of the original payment.

Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory statutory refund, cancellation or consumer remedy.

For the avoidance of doubt, the support procedure described in this Section is our designated contractual channel for handling such requests. Where mandatory law permits a consumer to exercise a statutory cancellation right through another form of clear notification, these Terms do not restrict that statutory right.

12. Account Deletion

A user may request deletion of their PromptForge account at any time by contacting:

There is no subscription to cancel before requesting account deletion.

Before submitting a deletion request, the user should download any generated content that the user wishes to retain and, where applicable, submit any request for withdrawal or refund of eligible unused purchased Credits.

Once account deletion has been processed, access to the account and its dashboard will cease.

Any Credits remaining in the account at the time of deletion will be cancelled and cannot subsequently be used. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, account deletion does not by itself create a right to reimbursement for Credits that were not withdrawn before deletion.

Certain information relating to payments, transactions, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, support requests or legal disputes may continue to be retained after account deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. AI Processing

PromptForge relies on third-party artificial intelligence providers to perform the core generation functionality of the Services.

When a request is submitted, the prompt and other information necessary to process that request are transmitted to an appropriate AI provider.

Depending on the operation, this may include the text entered by the user, generation parameters, selected quality level and technical information necessary to process the request.

The underlying AI provider or model may change from time to time. In particular, a service level labelled Standard or Ultra may be supported by different models at different times.

We do not guarantee access to any particular AI model, version, architecture or provider.

14. Nature of AI-Generated Results

Artificial intelligence systems generate outputs automatically and probabilistically.

A generated result may therefore be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, unsuitable, offensive, misleading, similar to content generated for another person or otherwise fail to satisfy the user's subjective expectations.

We do not manually create or control the substantive content of each individual AI-generated result.

Users are responsible for reviewing results before relying on, publishing, distributing or otherwise using them.

PromptForge does not represent that any output is factually correct, original, unique, free from third-party rights or suitable for any particular legal, commercial, professional or personal purpose.

Where professional, legal, financial, medical, technical or other specialist decisions are involved, AI-generated material should not be treated as a substitute for appropriately qualified professional advice.

15. Content Restrictions and AI Provider Refusals

Underlying AI providers may apply their own acceptable-use policies, technical restrictions, content moderation systems and safety requirements.

As a result, a prompt or generation request may be refused or may fail to produce a result even where the same or similar request might have been accepted previously.

Such restrictions may change as the relevant AI provider changes its systems, policies or models.

A provider-level refusal relates to the individual request and does not, by itself, result in suspension or blocking of the user's PromptForge account.

PromptForge does not maintain a policy under which accounts are blocked merely because an AI provider refuses to process a particular request.

Users must nevertheless use the Services in accordance with applicable law and must not intentionally use PromptForge to facilitate unlawful activity.

16. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the prompts and other material you submit through PromptForge and for your use of generated results.

You must have the rights, permissions or other lawful basis necessary to submit any content you provide to the Service.

You must not use PromptForge in a manner that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, attempts to compromise the security or availability of the Services, introduces malicious software, interferes with technical infrastructure or seeks to obtain unauthorised access to another user's account or Company systems.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, overload or circumvent technical security mechanisms of PromptForge except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by mandatory law.

You should not submit passwords, private keys, authentication tokens, full payment credentials or other information that is unnecessary for the requested AI operation.

17. Intellectual Property in PromptForge

The PromptForge platform itself, including its software, source code, website design, interface, databases, branding, logos, documentation and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of PromptForge or any underlying Company technology to the user.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the web-based Services for lawful purposes while your account remains active.

This right relates only to use of the Services and does not grant any ownership rights in the platform itself.

18. Rights in User Inputs and AI-Generated Outputs

You retain any rights that you already hold in prompts, text, images or other material submitted by you to PromptForge.

You grant the Company a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, transmit, process, store and otherwise handle your submitted content to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, secure and administer the Services and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

Rights in AI-generated outputs are subject to the nature of artificial intelligence technology, applicable law and the contractual or licensing conditions applicable to the underlying AI providers.

To the extent that the Company acquires any transferable intellectual property rights in an output generated specifically in response to your request, the Company permits you to use that output for lawful purposes and, to the extent legally possible, does not seek to prevent you from commercially exploiting it.

However, we do not warrant that copyright or any other intellectual property right necessarily arises in an AI-generated output, that such rights are capable of ownership or assignment in every jurisdiction, or that the user will obtain exclusive rights to the output.

The same or substantially similar content may be produced for other users.

Your ability to use a generated output may also be subject to third-party rights or to terms and restrictions applicable to the AI provider used to generate it.

You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of an output is lawful and whether additional permissions are required.

19. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, comments or other feedback concerning PromptForge, you agree that we may use that feedback to develop, operate and improve the Services without payment or other obligation to you.

This does not give us ownership of unrelated content submitted by you for generation purposes.

20. Availability and Changes to the Services

We aim to make PromptForge reasonably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, technical incidents, internet connectivity, infrastructure providers, payment providers, AI providers, rate limits or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

AI models and third-party services may also change their functionality, pricing, technical requirements, output characteristics or availability.

We may modify the technical implementation of the Services, change the AI providers or models used, add or remove service quality options, change the number of Credits required for future operations or otherwise develop the platform.

Changes to Credits pricing or the Credits cost of an operation apply prospectively. They do not retrospectively change the number of Credits already purchased and held in an account.

If we permanently discontinue the PromptForge service while users still hold unused purchased Credits, users will be given a reasonable opportunity to request appropriate reimbursement of eligible unused purchased Credits, subject to applicable law.

21. No Guarantee of Specific Results

A user's payment purchases Credits that may be used to request AI processing. It does not guarantee that the AI will produce a particular creative, commercial or subjective outcome.

Different prompts may produce materially different results, and the same or similar prompt may produce different outputs at different times.

Differences between Standard and Ultra relate to the service options offered by PromptForge and do not constitute a warranty that an Ultra result will always be objectively superior for every user or every prompt.

Nothing in this Section affects mandatory consumer rights concerning conformity of digital content or performance of services.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PromptForge is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not make warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of third-party AI systems, the factual accuracy or uniqueness of AI-generated content, the suitability of any result for a user's particular purpose or the ability of an output to obtain any particular commercial, technical or creative result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, warranties, conditions or other rights that apply by law and cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

23. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to those mandatory protections, the Company will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings, where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable or where exclusion is permitted by applicable law.

For users acting wholly or mainly for business purposes, the Company's aggregate contractual liability arising out of or in connection with the Services will, to the maximum extent permitted by law, not exceed the total amount actually paid by that user to the Company for Credits during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The preceding financial limitation does not apply where mandatory consumer law provides a greater remedy to an individual acting as a consumer.

The Company is not responsible for losses resulting solely from a user's independent decision to rely on, publish, reproduce or otherwise use AI-generated content where the nature or limitations of that content were reasonably apparent and the Company has complied with its obligations under applicable law.

24. Third-Party Services

The Services depend on third-party providers, including AI processing providers, hosting providers, email infrastructure and payment services.

Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Where a third party acts directly as a provider to the user, such as a payment service provider, the user's relationship with that provider may also be subject to the provider's own contractual terms.

We are not responsible for independent acts or omissions of a third party to the extent that they are outside our reasonable control, subject always to any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

25. Data Protection

Personal data processed in connection with PromptForge is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Prompts, generated results and operation history may be stored on our systems and associated with the user's account.

Prompts and information necessary to perform AI processing may be transmitted to third-party AI providers, while payment information is processed by the relevant payment service provider.

The Privacy Policy contains further information concerning the categories of personal data processed, purposes of processing, retention periods, international transfers and users' rights.

26. Ending Use of the Services

You may stop using PromptForge at any time.

Because PromptForge does not operate using recurring subscriptions, stopping use of the Services does not require cancellation of an automatic renewal.

If you wish to permanently close your account, you must submit an account deletion request to support@prmptforge.org.

We do not ordinarily suspend or block user accounts at our discretion.

Individual generation requests may nevertheless fail, be refused by an AI provider or be unavailable for technical or legal reasons as described in these Terms.

If continued provision of the entire Service to a particular account becomes legally prohibited, we will act as required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms requires us to provide a service where doing so would itself be unlawful.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the Services, pricing structure, Credits system, AI providers, technical infrastructure, applicable law or our business operations.

The updated version will be published on https://prmptforge.org/ with a revised "Last updated" date.

Where a change materially affects existing users or their rights and applicable law requires additional notice, we will provide notice in an appropriate manner before the change takes effect.

Changes will not retrospectively remove Credits that have already been purchased or alter completed transactions except where necessary to correct an error, prevent fraud or comply with law.

28. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure or delay by either party to exercise a contractual right does not automatically constitute a waiver of that right.

The Company may use third-party service providers and subcontractors to perform its obligations under these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment relationship, agency or joint venture between the user and the Company.

Any provision that by its nature is intended to continue after the end of the contractual relationship, including provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, completed transactions, payment records and governing law, will continue to apply.

29. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws, the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.

If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction whose mandatory laws entitle you to bring proceedings in your country of residence or provide protections that cannot contractually be excluded, nothing in this Section removes those rights.
